We are a no-frills church that celebrates Christ and His life in down-to-earth gatherings. We meet on Sundays and throughout the week to encourage and empower one another as we go deeper into the Bible and unpack what it means to be a Christian.


This is a safe family community where anyone is welcome — no matter your story or where you’re at in your Christian walk, you are welcome.


This is Maylands.

A story of growth 

How God took a tiny seed and grew it into something incredible. 

It’s 2014. Maylands Church is on the brink of closing. A committed congregation of just five people call on Pastor Ronnie for help. Having served at another local church for over 10 years, Ronnie and Christa jump on the exciting opportunity to revitalize Maylands. At this point, it’s essentially an empty building. No congregation, but a lot of potential. 


By God’s grace, more and more people begin to join. First, a core group of passionate church plant leaders, which quickly builds to an attendance of forty people. In March 2016, Maylands Church officially launches. It is only through prayer and God’s blessing that Maylands has been able to grow into the vibrant, thriving church community it is today. 

Our leaders

Ronnie and Christa gave up their lives in The Big Apple and came to Perth in 2006. Loving the quiet small-city feel, they quickly made themselves a home here with their three beautiful children. Say hello if you see them around!
